Where we ship
We ship domestically within Nepal and internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and basket weight.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within two working days. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 working days; international orders vary by destination.
Returns
Unopened tea in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. For food-safety reasons we cannot accept opened packages unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or missing orders
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email [email protected] with your order number and we will put it right.
